Perform Hard Resetting by Keys
Pattern Lock , Pin code and other software conflicts Solution
1. Make sure that your mobile phone is completely powered off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down button for 3 seconds. While still holding the volume Down button, Press and release the Power button.
3.From the Boot Mode Selection Menu screen , release the Volume down button then select Recovery.
For Scrolling : use Volume Down Key
To select : use Power button.
4. From the DROID TRIAGE SCREEN ( Android with an exclamation symbol)
1. Press and hold the Volume Up Key
2. While continuing to hold the Volume Up Key, Press and release the Power Key.
5. From the Android system recovery screen, select wipe data/factory reset.
6. Select Yes-- delete all user data
7. Select reboot system now.
Dont Hard reset if you have valuable data in your cell phone.
